1. Service Overview
AAYO Delivery provides LPG cylinder pickup and doorstep delivery services within our announced service areas in South Sikkim. Additional services will be governed by these terms when launched.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via our website, phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you to verify the details. We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our service areas or capacity.
3. Delivery Slots
We make every effort to honour your preferred date and time. Weather, road conditions and supply availability in the region may occasionally cause delays; we will keep you informed.
4. Pricing & Payment
Service charges are communicated before delivery and paid on delivery. Cylinder refill prices are set by the respective gas agencies and are separate from our service fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and address details, ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, and hand over cylinders in safe, undamaged condition for pickup.
6. Safety
Our executives follow LPG handling safety protocols. Please follow their instructions during pickup and delivery. AAYO is not responsible for issues arising from customer-owned equipment such as regulators and pipes.
7. Liability
AAYO's liability for any claim related to a delivery is limited to the service fee paid for that delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
